Manchester hosted a camp out in the park yesterday, and it was a great night! The Parks & Recreation Department provided the meals and activities. We brought our tent (thanks, Mannions!) and snacks for the movie.
The Evening Activities:
- set up our tent on the soccer field
- cooled off at the pool
- ate a hot dog dinner
- went on a s'mores scavenger hunt throughout the park
- roasted marshmallows
- ate s'mores
- created a bubble maker
- watched The Sandlot on the big inflatable screen
- fell alseep under the full moon
- awaken to a flock of geese loudly flying overhead at 5:50am
- played on the playground
- ate doughnuts
- washed down the doughnuts with OJ
- packed up the tent
- headed home
