The boys and I spent yesterday afternoon at Castlewood Park. It had been over two weeks since we last visited and even longer since we last went to the river. It was really good to be back.
They dug, scooped, and poured sand and water creating roads, rivers, foundations, dams, and
a small village of sandcastles. Unfortunately the village was quickly destroyed by a jolly giant named Quinn.
They also spent a lot of time in the water - soaking, splashing, giggling.
Eventually they discovered the sand stuck to their wet bodies quite nicely. So the regimen became: dip in the water, roll in the sand, repeat.

You are such a good mom. I can't believe all the things you do with your boys.
