He must have heard, "Hey, Will! You can blow out my candles!"
This was the scene when we came to the last note of "Happy Birthday!"
At first the birthday girl appears unphased about what has happened, but soon she realizes that Will has just blown out all four of her candles.
A look of confusion and disappointment starts to appear on her face. Her mom is quick to relight the candles, and thankfully the birthday girl gets a chance to blow out her own candles. In the end Will's wishes come true as she does really need his help, and they each blow out two candles.
