  • wakes for midnight snacks
  • pick flowers
  • celebrates field of dandelions
  • loves to snuggle
  • bakes pumpkin bread (and cupcakes, brownies, and other yummy treats)
  • lives out loud
  • has a contagious laugh
  • throws snowballs and builds snowmen
  • practices for his role as the March Hare in Dayspring's production of Alice in Wonderland Jr.
  • loves books (currently reading the last of The Rose Series amd Jigsaw Jones)
  • studies weather
  • can be quietly introspective
  • knows no moderation
  • looks forward to riding a taxi while in Michigan this summer
  • deemed himself bat boy for Quinn's baseball team
  • loves bunnies and chicks
  • gives excellent head massages
  • successfully snowboards to the bottom of the hill at Vlasis Park
  • loved the ocean while in Oregon last summer
  • cares for his own vegetable garden
  • is often misunderstood
  • wears boots
  • catches frogs
  • talks sports with our neighbor, Corne
  • talks gardening with our neighbors, Phil & Shirley
  • plays in the mud, sand, and any other messy material
  • explores rivers and creeks
  • is in love with more girls than he can count
  • fills his pockets with Legos, rocks, and other "treasures"
  • wishes for a baby brother
  • ice skates on the frozen creek
  • loves to go to the zoo, the gardens, and the Magic House
  • checks the Sports section each morning for yesterday's scores and today's games
  • visits with Ms. Jan
  • wears size 7 shoes
  • recently learned to hard boil eggs
  • idolizes Nathan
  • looks forward to his final season of machine pitch baseball
  • plays Free Cell Solitaire, Tenzi, and War
  • loves Henry, Jack, and Harper "Grace" like they were his own siblings

  • spots hawks, turkey vultures, and great blue herons overhead
  • attended his first concert: Trans-Siberian Orchestra
  • skip rocks 
  • spent some of his birthday money on candy bars for Grandma
