Adapted for Duplos

I was blog hopping, and I ended up here. When I saw it, I knew the boys would love it. So simple! The only problem being we own only Duplos and not Legos. With a bit of adaptation, it works well. I made an impression on the paper using the block, and then punched the holes a bit larger.

Will and Quinn built a zoo, and they needed a sign "for people know where to go." Will did the lettering, and I punched the holes. Of course, once we made one sign they need several more: "Exit," "Parking," and "Train" just to name a few. I have yet to introduce the idea of using this method to create people, animals, or structures. I imagine it will open a whole new world of play.
