We returned to Wind Ridge Farms this summer for u-pick blueberries. It was a cool and beautiful morning, and with the boys help we quickly filled our bucket with 3 pounds of ripe, blue berries.
The 3 pounds of blueberries quickly disappeared (cobbler, pancakes, snacking), so five days later we returned for more goodness.
It was a bit warmer this time. The boys started out strong plucking the berries from the bushes, but soon they were doing more munching than picking. It took considerably longer to fill our bucket. They were delicious, so who can blame them?
