We waked up. We ate breakfast. We had cinnamon rolls and orange juice. I sticked 4 candles in one of my cinnamon rolls. We sang "Happy Birthday," and I blew out the candles. Then I went on a scavenger hunt to find my presents. I opened them. We played with the presents. I really liked to play with a truck puzzle and the sewer pipes*.
*Editor's note: "Sewer pipes" refers to the PVC pipes & fittings bought from Lowe's.
We went to Castlewood State Park. First we hiked up the big hill to the bluffs to see the Meramec.
Then we went down to the Meramec, and it poured on us. Sopping wet rain!
We come home to dry off and eat muffin tin lunches. Then it was sunny, so we went back to Castlewood. We went to the Meramec to play in the sand.
After the Meramec, we went to the creek. Now I know how to skip rocks.
After we skipped rocks, it was time to go home. We ate dinner and got ready for bed.
