Silly Putty
1/2 cup Elmer's Glue
1/4 cup liquid starch
liquid food coloring
Slowly add starch to glue and knead with fingers. Add food coloring. Continue kneading.
Cornstarch Ooze
2 parts cornstarch
1 part water
Mix together. This consistency has enough surface tension to write on it with markers. If you want it more "oozy," then add a little more water.
WARNING! Do not put this down your kitchen sink! Pour and scrape the bulk of it into the trash and wash the rest with lots of water.
