Bobcat in the Woods

We spent the afternoon at "the Itty Bitty Park."
After a picnic lunch, the boys played on the playground.

We also took a stroll through the woods. They were thrilled to find a Bobcat along the path. The city is paving the path and creating a veteran's memorial.

Will and Quinn were even more excited when the men returned from lunch to operate the Bobcat. We were across the park, and Quinn heard the "BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!" of a Bobcat in reverse. He took off running, "Bobcat! Bobcat! Bobcat!" Will and Quinn clapped, laughed, and celebrated when the Bobcat knocked down trees. "Oh, oh, oh! Did you hear that crunch? CRUNCH! There goes another tree." Will was excited that he and Quinn were wearing their bulldozer shirts. "Those mans can see our bulldozer shirts! I think they like bulldozers. So cool!"
