Buffalo Style

Apparently I inspired my sister to finally build a fairy house. My nephew Dean received the fairy house book for Christmas, and they have been collecting building materials over the last several months.
The fairies are greeted by corn cob posts at the entryway and a corn kernel path leads to the slate steps. The fairies climb a bark ladder to find a table and chair awaiting inside.
A bird's eye view of the acorn bowls on and around the table. Each bowl has been filled with treats! The pink carnation pillow and juniper branch bed not only add a bit of color to the home, but also provide a place for the fairies to rest.

No fairies have been spotted yet, but my sister sited two blue jays attempting to crack open the corn kernels today.

Ok, now we're gonna have to make one. That is too cute! We are waiting on some fairy books, but haven't seen the Fairy House book. I'm sure Neah would love it, and we have some perfect spots in the backyard.
